AUTO HRVATSKA was founded in 1952 in Zagreb and at a founding assembly in 1992 it became a public limited company. Numerous transformations were successfully implemented, but through its name and way of doing business, it remained a symbol of everything in Croatia that is connected with vehicles.
AUTO HRVATSKA is set toward new challenges while remaining focused on the market and the needs of vehicle users and repair services.

- AUTO HRVATSKA d.d. - as a parent company and founder, runs a system of trading companies in complete ownership and under a common name Business group Auto Hrvatska. Its main trading business is run through this group, and it consists of specialized sales of commercial and personal vehicles, spare parts, tires, tools and service equipment, and it also organizes and provides vehicle servicing.

- AUTO HRVATSKA DIJELOVI d.o.o. - importer and distributor of parts and equipment for personal and commercial vehicles, tires, oils and lubricants, service equipment and tools, organizing and coordinating AH Services – retail and service centers in Croatia
